Further to our talk, We wish to inform you that the required documents for Employment Visa Endorsement from Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia are as follows:

1)      Original Passport valid for not less than six months.

2)      02 Passport size photographs having white back ground.

3)      Medical Fitness Report from GAMCA Approved medical center.

4)      Copy of Employment Contract between Employer and Employee – attested by the Mofa – KSA (a specimen copy of the same is attached herewith)

Procedure:

Step 1: The Sponsor authorizes the Agency for Visa Endorsement. It is an online Process. Once the authorization is done, The Sponsor is supposed to share the Visa No. and Sponsor ID with the agency so that the agency can check the same online.

Step 2: The Candidate is required to go for medical examination. Once medical is done, The candidate is supposed to enquire his / her medical fitness status from medical center. If he /  she is “fit” , He/She is supposed to inform the agency about the same.

Step 3: The agency makes online Application (which is called Mofa) The no is shared with the candidate so that he can update the Mofa no with concerned medical center and collect the medical fitness report and send the original medical report to the Agency along with Original Passport and Photographs.

Step 4: The Agency receives the Passports, Photographs and Medical Report, It submits the documents to the Embassy. Normally It takes 3-4 working days to get the visa stamped.

It takes normally 3-4 working days to get the visa stamped.

Charges:

The Charges of Visa Endorsement will be nominal , Accoding to the visa category and visa profession
